Current prices for a 1/2 of beef is $4.00/lb hanging weight + processing ($400-500).  The average 1/2 weighs 400-450# hanging weight.

On a typical order you would pay 450# x $4.00 + $450 processing = $2,250     

You can order a half of a beef with a $800 deposit and we will bill you for the remaining amount due on delivery.
